1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there is an issue with your order, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you by email.

“Business days” mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
